The scientific proceedings, including plenaries, short lectures, panels, and oral presentations, will be available for conditional access as a single course titled “PREECLAMPSIA EDUCATION OF THE NATION (PEN) update”.

- Obtain conditional access for 6 weeks
VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION
If your circumstances change and you are unable to pursue the course after registration and payment, you must inform us via email at smfmi2017@gmail.com within 1 week of the same. If your email is received no later than 1 week from the day of registration and payment, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply to cover administration costs incurred with respect to your registration. No refunds, except under extraordinary situations, will be granted if the request is received after 1 week after registration and payment. All cancellation applications will be processed only after being approved by the SMFM (I) core committee.
REFUND PROCESSING
We will refund any fees paid to us as a result of amending your registration after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy within 45 working days. All processing fees, card surcharges, and taxes payable at the time of registration are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organization, or institution from which the payment was received, subject to the Government of India’s banking regulations, taxes, and approval.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS OF THE COURSE
You will not:
– Copy or distribute in any medium any part of this site, except where expressly authorized by the SMFM (I).
– Modify or alter any part of this site or any of its related technologies.
– Access Course Content or User Content through any technology or means other than through this site itself.
Intellectual property
Course content on this site, including text, software, scripts, source code, API, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are subject to copyright, trademark, and/or patent protection as applicable. Course Content is provided to you “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” for your information and personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purposes whatsoever without the express prior written consent of the SMFM (I). No right or license under any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary right or license is granted by this Agreement.
Private information:
You may not publish or post other people’s private information, such as home phone numbers and addresses. You may not threaten to expose private information or incentivize others to do so.
Platform manipulation and spam:
You may not use the Course Content in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts people’s experience.
Impersonation:
You may not impersonate individuals, groups, or organizations in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
Copyright and trademark:
You may not violate others’ intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.
You acknowledge and agree that your payment will be charged and processed by the SMFM (I). SMFM (I) holds no responsibility for disturbed or no access of content attributable to internet connectivity. The access to the course, for both individuals and institutions, is granted for 6 weeks from the date of registration.
